Mr. Muhammad Ateequllah

(Chairman)

Mr. Muhammad Ateequllah is an Engineer by profession with about 60 years of Management & Engineering experience. He has been Managing Director of Metropolitan Steel Corporation of Pakistan (formerly Steel Corporation of Pakistan, SCOP) and Hashoo Steel Industries / Gel Caps belonging to Hashoo Group for about 17 years. He served as the Executive Director for about 20 years with International Industries Limited & International Steels Limited, leading steel pipe manufacturer and Cold Rolled / Galvanized Steel Coils. He held the position of Vice Chairman and is now Chairman of Hyderabad Relief &Rehabilitation Trust.

Dr. Raza Baig

(Vice-Chairman)

Dr. Razabaig did BDS from Liaquat Medical College, Jamshoro in 1972. He completed his post graduate trainings from Singapore and Malaysia. He served in Liaquat National Hospital for four years. He worked as consultant dental surgeon in a private hospital in Saudi Arabia for twelve years. Dr. Raza returned to Pakistan in the year 1989 and started private practice as Dental surgeon.

He joined Hyderabad Relief & Rehabilitation Trust in the year 1992 as Trustee. In 1992 the board gave him the responsibility of “Trustee Incharge Hospital” and in 2012 he became the Vice Chairman of Trust.

Dr. Raza is also the President of Child Health Foundation, which is a charitable organization and running five children clinics in Karachi.

Dr. Kazi Taqiuddin Adil

Dr. Kazi Taqiuddin Adil graduated from Dow Medical College, Karachi in the year 1976. Post-graduation from USA and UK. Worked as an Internist in Al-Qassimi Hospital, Sharjah, UAE till 1987 and then as a Consultant Physician & Cardiologist Dubai, UAE till 1989. Returned to Pakistan 1989 and worked as a Consultant Physician & Cardiologist Taj Medical Complex, Hamdard Medical University & Mideast Medical Centre till 2005. Presently working as Consultant Physician & Cardiologist Osmania Hospital from 1998 and Consultant Physician & Cardiologist National Medical Centre, Karachi from 2005 till date.

Joined Hyderabad Relief and Rehabilitation Trust (HRRT) as Trustee in 1999. Since joining the Hyderabad Relief and Rehabilitation Trust have been actively involved in making Osmania Hospital into a Multi-disciplinary General Hospital with in-house diagnostic and imaging facilities and providing exemplary care to all patients irrespective of race, religion or background and providing access to needy patients through Zakat and other schemes.

Dr. Shahzad Alam

Dr. Shahzad Alam graduated from DOW Medical College and did M.sc from City University London. He is working as Executive Director Darul Sehat Hospital and LCMD. He is also the course director and member of visiting faculty DOW University of Health Sciences. He served in Aga Khan Health Services Pakistan and Memon Medical Institute Hospital as Medical director. He joined Hyderabad Relief & Rehabilitation Trust as Trustee in the year 2008.

Mr. Asghar Jamil Rizvi

Mr. Asghar Jamil Rizvi is an Engineer by profession. He passed BE from NED University Karachi in the year 1978. He served in Metropolitan Steel Corporation Ltd. as Managing Director. Presently he is working with Amreli Steel as Consultant. He joined the board of Hyderabad Relief & Rehabilitation trust as Trustee in the year 2008.

Mr. Ahmed Moinuddin

Mr. Syed Ahmed Moinuddin is currently Marketing Manager Middle East for Seal For Life Industries BVBA, Dubai. Prior to that he has worked in Pakistan, USA, Mideast, Africa and Far East in various engineering and sales and marketing positions for the last 38 years with Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd., Pakistan, Raychem Corporation USA. and Tyco International, USA. He holds a B. Sc (Hons) from University of London, MS and EE from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, and an MBA from Stanford University, USA. He Joined Board of Trustees in the year 2014.

Capt(R). Ahmed Zaheer

Capt(R). Ahmed Zaheer Pakistan Navy has joined the ‘Hyderabad Relief and Rehabilitation Trust’ (HRRT) as a ‘Trustee’ on January 07, 2021. He is a graduate of the Army Staff College, Quetta, and the Armed Forces War College Islamabad. He holds M.Sc Degree from the Quaid-e-Azam University and a B.Sc (Hons) Degree from the University of Balochistan and the University and Karachi respectively. He was commissioned in 1971 and is a war veteran. During his 30 year service in the Pakistan Navy, he held various command and staff appointments including Director Public Relations at the Naval Headquarters. After retirement from the service in 1998, he pursued a career in Education Management including around 8 years’ service as Registrar at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. Presently, he is serving on contract with the Navy as Director of the Pakistan Navy History & Archive, Centre in the Maritime Museum.
